华康漆隶体W5字体看似俏皮趣味的漆隶体，其实发想自清代书法家金农（1687～1763）的独特漆书。金农漆书有楷、隶体势，笔划横粗竖细，方折如刷；设计师以此书风为架构基础，再于笔划尾部加上夸大的飞白效果，创造出现代诠释的新兴漆隶，效果犹如手绘POP美工字体。可应用在书刊杂志、平面海报等版面设计的主、副标题。
